Experienced Installers
Work directly on flooring applications, including garage coatings, decorative epoxy, flake systems, and industrial finishes. Previous epoxy flooring or construction experience is highly valued.
Grinding & Polishing Technicians
Operate grinders, polishers, and other machinery to prepare and finish concrete surfaces. Training is available for motivated applicants, but experience with machinery is an advantage.
Machine Operators
Operate site machinery such as floor grinders, lifts, and industrial vacuums. A current license and proven safety record are required.
Truck & Delivery Drivers
Transport flooring materials, tools, and equipment to project sites across Auckland. A valid Class 2 or 4 license is essential, with some on-site assistance expected.
Site Supervisors
Lead on-site teams, ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, manage project timelines, and communicate with clients. Prior leadership in flooring, coatings, or construction projects is preferred.
Project Coordinators
Oversee scheduling, quoting, and communication between clients and teams. This role is ideal for individuals with construction administration or trade-based service experience.
